Compensation:
Commission Based PLUS Bonus for Meeting Quotas Plus a Small Draw Against Commissions
Description:New York-based world renowned international materials consultancy and library is seeking experienced sales specialists for commission PLUS bonus based sales. A track record in sales to architecture, industrial and interior design industries and/or material manufacturers is ideal. An understanding of design, architecture, or media sales is helpful.
You will be responsible for generating new sales and maintaining current accounts for renewal for several products for specified territory.
Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years experience in a sales role. The candidate must be a closer with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
We are seeking someone that is positive, energetic, proactive and a self-starter, must be able to establish and build client relationships.
Candidate must be comfortable selling to designers of different disciplines from fashion to architecture, and/or to materials manufacturers.
Must be detail-oriented, able to schedule and prioritize responsibilities and follow-through consistently to maintain the highest level of customer relations.
MUST be able to cold-call new prospects to introduce and educate prospects about services.
Must be highly organized and tenacious with a hunter’s instinct in order to close accounts.
This position will report to the Director of Sales.
