| Description | Executive Administrative Assistant Arenson Office Furnishings is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to the President located in our midtown Manhattan location. The successful candidate for this newly-created position will be an organized, flexible, self-directed professional with strong administrative and interpersonal skills. The Executive Administrative Assistant will: >Organize and maintain the President’s calendar; >Schedule and organize internal and external appointments, meetings and conference calls; >Prepare correspondence including letters, memos, e-mails and personal correspondence; >Prepare presentations; >Answer and screen incoming calls; >Coordinate travel arrangements for the President and members of the Executive and Sales teams; >Coordinate hospitality for internal meetings and client presentations; >Represent the President at meetings and other functions. The Executive Administrative Assistant will have: >A minimum of 3 years experience providing administrative support to a senior executive; >Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities; >Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); >Excellent verbal and written communications skills; >Demonstrated independent judgment and a high level of discretion. A college degree and administrative support experience in a busy furniture, sales or project management environment is helpful. We offer a competitive salary and full benefits package.
